1. What age range do you provide instruction for?

We offer instruction for children from Kindergarten to Fifth grade, ensuring that every age group receives the care, attention, and developmentally appropriate lessons they need.

2. What qualifications do your instructors have?

Our lead instructors are highly qualified and experienced in education. Our team includes educators who have worked in K-5 classrooms in the past. All of our lead instructors have obtained a Bachelor's degree or higher. Our professionals are all dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of your child.

3. Do you offer part-time or full-time options?

Yes, we offer both part-time and full-time options, depending on your needs. Whether you require two-day or four-day support, we can accommodate your schedule to provide consistent, reliable instruction for your student.

4. How do you ensure the safety of my child?

All caregivers are thoroughly vetted, including background checks and child abuse screenings. We utilize a secure check-in and check-out process through our Brightwheel app for added security. We also follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment both indoors and outdoors.

5. Do you provide specialized care for children with special needs?

Yes, students with special needs or those who have diverse abilities are welcome. However, our instructional style and current location may present challenges for students with severe conditions. Although our team can follow individualized care plans, such as some IEPs or 504 plans, our programs are best suited for students who can function fully without a parapro or caregiver present.

6. What kind of activities do you offer for children?

We offer a variety of age-appropriate activities to stimulate both cognitive and social development. These include interactive play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and educational games in addition to academic instruction designed to foster learning, creativity, and teamwork.

7. How do you communicate with parents about their child's day?

We understand that communication is key. Our instructors provide regular updates on your child’s behavior and progress through Brightwheel, our communication service that features an app. You’ll receive quarterly reports, and we’re always available for more detailed conversations if you have any questions or concerns.

8. Are meals and snacks provided?

No, we ask that parents send their student(s) with a well-balanced and healthy meal and snack.

9. Can I tour the child care facility before enrolling?

Absolutely! We encourage parents to schedule a tour of our facility to see the environment first-hand, meet the instructors, and ask any questions you may have. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in choosing our school for your learner(s).

10. How do I enroll my child in your program?

Enrolling your child is easy. Simply contact us to schedule a consultation and tour, where we’ll discuss your child’s needs, and then proceed with the enrollment forms. After that, we’ll set up a start date and ensure that your child’s transition into our school is smooth and welcoming.
